I haven’t read very many Kristen Ashley books, but I can see why she’s such a popular author. She has a way of seamlessly weaving multiple characters together into an entertaining plot. Ride Steady is a great example of this.
This has been such an enjoyable series! Who knew that I could fall in love with such crude, mean jocks? How to Date a Douchebag: The Coaching Hours is by far the least douchey of all the books. In fact, it’s a really sweet end to the series.
The February theme for the Ultimate Reading Challenge, co-hosted with Collector of Book Boyfriends, is to read a tear jerker. It was a tough decision for me because there are so many great ones, and I tend to get emotionally attached to characters. However, I’m not in the mood for a story where the main character is dying. After many recommendation from friends, I chose THE LAW OF MOSES by Amy Harmon. Let’s see if I’ll need any tissues. What book did you choose?
Book Boyfriends. I’m always on the hunt for a new one. That’s what the Meet Your Next Book Boyfriend Tour, hosted by Foxy Blogs, is all about. My friends across the blogosphere and I want to share our favorite book boyfriends with you. I shared my pick during the 2017 tour. I’ll give you a hint: he’s a “wanted” man. I’m thinking Meghan March has a bit of a thing for men with tattoos. Here’s a look at the cover of SAVAGE PRINCE, the first book in her Savage Trilogy. The release day is May 27, 2018.
Good news! There’s a new Emma Chase book to look forward to. Better news: Audible has an early release of GETTING SCHOOLED, and it’s narrated by two of my favorite narrators, Andi Arndt and Zachary Webber.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to introduce you to my first five-star book of 2018. Look the Part is a massive gem in author Jewel E. Ann’s impressive collection of written treasures. This book is so stunning it took my breath away. It’s a unique take on second-chance romance, and it just may be my favorite work of hers to date.
Ten Tiny Breaths is a beautifully written story about loss, love and forgiveness.

Bad for You is the third standalone in the Dirty Deeds series. I enjoyed the first book; the second one not as much. Well, J. Daniels needs to stand up and take a bow because she has outdone herself with this book. Bad For You is chock full of soul and feels upon feels.
I’ve only recently discovered L.J. Shen’s work, but she is rapidly becoming one of my favorite authors. Midnight Blue is an epic enemies-to-lovers story that is every bit as absorbing as I expected.
