As the ever dutiful daughter at her father's prestigious real estate firm, Frankie Jordan never mixes business with pleasure. But after meeting her new client, Derek Block, her sexual fantasies have turned into intense cravings. This animalistic man has become the object of her desire. Only she can't have him.

Derek Block is so close to finally getting revenge against the man who tried to destroy him. But after one meeting with Frankie Jordan, his focus is gone. He needs to be inside her, to worship her submissive body until she screams. And then his dick needs to stay the hell away from her...but it has a mind of its own.

This novella does a pretty good job kicking off the 5-part Timber Towers serial. Frankie Jordan is Boston’s highest selling real estate agent. She’s poised to take over her father’s successful agency. Derek Block is an elusive cutting-edge architect. He’s the developer for Timber Towers, an exclusive apartment complex in Boston. In Unblocked – Episode One, the two meet when Frankie interviews for the job of the complex’s in-house real estate agent. There is sexual tension, but neither wants to jeopardize their potential working relationship.

Derek is super cocky. He has internal monologues in which he goes on and on about how much he wants to – and WILL – have sex with Frankie once their work on Timber Towers is finished. Frankie has recurring erotic dreams. I found the sexy talk to be the least interesting aspect of the story. I was much more intrigued with the unanswered questions. Why are Derek and Hayden seeking revenge against Randy? Is there something more to Derek’s relationship with his sister?! What happened between Frankie and Reed? Can Frankie salvage her reputation? I’m looking forward to seeing what unfolds.
