I was never supposed to see him again. Him being the man wearing the perfectly tailored suit who oozed an intoxicating mixture of wealth, rebellion, and sex appeal.

One night.
No strings.
No names.Great sex.

Still riding the high from last night, I walk in to meet my new client, and he’s wearing that same dangerous smirk that reeled me in hours ago.

Yes, I’m consulting for Callahan Sharpe. And yes, he’s that Callahan Sharpe.

Billionaire heir apparent who abides by no rules, bucks convention, and is determined to complete one final project to honor his late father’s legacy before walking away from the family business for good. Luckily and unluckily for me, I’ve been tasked to go to the Virgin Islands to help accomplish his goal. Callahan has no problem breaking his company’s no fraternization rule, but not me. There’s too much at stake.

What could possibly go wrong when you’re forced to work—and live—side by side with a man you can’t resist?

Are you ready to fall for the Sharpe brothers in K. Bromberg's sexy, contemporary, billionaire romance series? These books can all be read as standalones, but can be enjoyed as a series as well . . .

Last Resort (Book #1)
On One Condition (Book #2)
Final Proposal (Book #3)

K. Bromberg kicks off her new S.I.N. series with Last Resort, a delectable workplace romance set in the Virgin Islands.

What could be better than one hunky hero? Three gorgeous billionaire brothers to drool over. There’s a bit of a twist there, but I won’t spoil it. The Sharpe brothers own Sharpe International Network (S.I.N.), a worldwide brand of luxury resorts. Sutton Pierce is the consultant tasked with turning around their underperforming resort in the Virgin Islands. She’ll need to be on site at the resort for two months (oh, the horror) while working on a plan, under the close supervision of Callahan Sharpe. He’s the wild child, black sheep of the family. He also happens to be the man she unknowingly indulged in a one-night stand with.

I liked the first half of the book more than the second. The building of the relationship between Sutton and Callahan. Discovering ways to improve the resort. Sutton’s friendship with Lizzie. But then things happen too abruptly. After sticking with her decision to not sleep with Callahan throughout most of the book, Sutton does a sudden change of face at the most improbable of times. The animosity between Callahan and his brothers is also resolved too quickly.

I would have enjoyed exploring some other parts of the story more. For example, it would have been nice to see the impact of renovating the resort. As it is, it’s like watching an HGTV makeover show without the big reveal at the end. And wouldn’t it have been fun to make Sutton’s douchey ex eat crow after seeing her success in love and in business?

Still, it’s a good launch to the series, and I’m looking forward to reading about Ledger and Ford finding love.

About K. Bromberg

K. Bromberg author

New York Times Bestselling author K. Bromberg writes contemporary romance novels that contain a mixture of sweet, emotional, a whole lot of sexy, and a little bit of real. She likes to write strong heroines and damaged heroes who we love to hate but can’t help to love.

A mom of three, she plots her novels in between school runs and soccer practices, more often than not with her laptop in tow and her mind scattered in too many different directions.

Since publishing her first book on a whim in 2013, Kristy has sold over one and a half million copies of her books across eighteen different countries and has landed on the New York Times, USA Today, and Wall Street Journal Bestsellers lists over thirty times. Her Driven trilogy (Driven, Fueled, and Crashed) is currently being adapted for film by the streaming platform, Passionflix, with the first movie (Driven) out now.

With her imagination always in overdrive, she is currently scheming, plotting, and swooning over her latest hero. You can find out more about him or chat with Kristy on any of her social media accounts.
