Reading Frenzy Book Blog has teamed up with six other blogs for the ultimate Mid-Year Favorites Blog Hop. We’re each giving away a paperback of our favorite books of 2016 (so far). Best of all, this giveaway is open internationally!
I started reading So Much More yesterday evening and before I knew it the sun was rising. I simply had to finish it so I got zero sleep. And you know what? It’s worth the yawns, puffy eyes, and dark circles I’m suffering today because once again Kim Holden has slain me with a fascinating story that has all the feels and then some.
We’re pleased to present the cover reveal for Penelope Ward’s upcoming standalone. NEIGHBOR DEAREST releases August 15, 2016.
Sarina Bowen’s True North series is a breath of fresh air. There are no millionaires, superstar athletes, models, or rock stars. You won’t find people returning from the dead, love triangles, or emotional roller coasters. It’s simply an enjoyable series with down-to-earth, working class characters that warm your heart. Steadfast moves into heavier territory with a believable story about drug addiction and second chances.
I loved The Summer Games: Settling the Score by R.S. Grey. I’ve been anticipating the next book in the series, The Summer Games: Out of Bounds. It releases August 1, 2016 and check out the yummy cover.
What the hell did I just read?! I must be suffering from Stockholm Syndrome because there are so many reasons I should hate this book, but I could not stop reading! Corrupt messed with my mind and compromised my common sense.
Check out my list of June 2016 reviews. I can’t believe how many 5-star books I read!! Some of the books haven’t been released yet, but I found a few older gems. In particular, if you haven’t read Bright Side or Gus by Kim Holden or Kulti by Mariana Zapata I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Each book in the All That Glitters series by K.A. Linde has undergone a cover makeover. Feast your eyes! And guess what? Diamonds is free. Bonus!
This book! I’m still floored. Truth: I’ve wanted to read Kulti for quite some time, but I was put off by the long length. I finally caved when I discovered I could borrow the audio book from the library—16 hours worth of narration. I’m not gonna lie. Kulti has a detailed storyline that unfolds at an extremely leisurely pace. However, it’s totally absorbing. My only regret is waiting so long to read this!
I’ve loved everything Melanie Harlow has written, and while Man Candy has the witty and sexy feel that I’ve come to expect from her work, it wasn’t a total winner for me.
I’ve got a fever for the Royals, and the only cure is more Royals! If you’ve read Paper Princess by Erin Watt, chances are that the stunning cliffhanger left you not so patiently waiting for Broken Prince. I’m thrilled to report that it surpassed my expectations on every level. This book is filled with all the delicious drama and angst I craved, served up in an incredibly addictive and unpredictable way.
