Audiobook Review ♥ The Fortunate Ones by R.S. Grey

Audiobook Review ♥ The Fortunate Ones by R.S. Grey

Overall thoughts on The Fortunate Ones: This was a bit of a mixed bag. It was an easy read that I enjoyed in one sitting, even though there’s too much on-again/off-again going on. I liked the tension between James and Brooke. Their relationship has some complexity, and I wanted the two of them to get together. At the same time, their chemistry tends to be a little off. Brooke’s sister is rather annoying, but this book should suit drama llamas and hopeless romantics alike.

July Ultimate Reading Challenge Review ♥ Tattered by Devney Perry

July Ultimate Reading Challenge Review ♥ Tattered by Devney Perry

I read Tattered for July’s Ultimate Reading Challenge to read a book with a cover you love, and what a gorgeous cover it is! This book went down nice and easy. Tattered is such a delightful story that is filed with warmth. Single parent romances are my kryptonite, and this one comes with a strong woman, an honorable man, and an adorable little girl.

Review ♥ Perfect by Judith McNaught

Review ♥ Perfect by Judith McNaught

I’ve never read anything by Judith McNaught before but Perfect was highly recommended so I decided to check it out of the library. The story grabbed me from the first chapter and I found myself staying up until the wee hours of the morning desperate to see what the characters would do next and yet dreading the end of the story.
