One of my favorite romantic comedy authors, Alice Clayton, teamed up with debut author Nina Bocci to write Roman Crazy. The result is a warm second chance romance and wonderful travel guide all rolled into one.
Okay, so I may have a teeny tiny huge girl crush on Whitney G. I’ve been waiting on pins and needles for Turbulence to be released, and I must say it’s well worth the wait. Successfully combining erotica and comedy is difficult, but this book proves that Whitney G. is a master at it.
When I think of a Meghan March book, New Adult Romance is not a genre that comes to mind and neither is Romantic Comedy. Edgy, erotic, and suspenseful are all terms I’ve used to describe her previous work. I admit I was a wee bit skeptical that she could pull off a New Adult Romantic Comedy that’s still a little sexy, but I’ll be damned if Bad Judgment didn’t pleasantly surprise me.
Vi Keeland delivers a solid forbidden office romance in this enjoyable standalone. I’m used to bosses being jerks in these types of stories, but Bossman exceeded my expectations by featuring a unique and alluring hero.
Lauren Blakely delivers another winner in this spin-off of Big Rock. Mister O is hilarious, naughty, and delightfully sweet. Yes, this is a “best friend’s sister” love story, but the humor and affection prevent it from being just another forbidden romance.
I’ve got a cure for anything that ails you, and it’s called Anything But Minor. Kate Stewart knocks it out of the park in this feel-good sports romance that’s hilarious, sweet, and deliciously sultry.
Kim Karr dishes up a wonderful balance of humor and steam in this fun romantic comedy.
I’ve loved everything Melanie Harlow has written, and while Man Candy has the witty and sexy feel that I’ve come to expect from her work, it wasn’t a total winner for me.

It’s official. I’m in love with the Winston brothers. Like so crazy, madly, deeply in love I’d be willing to go full-on Sister Wives for them. I’m not exactly sure how I went from reading a sweet Rom-Com to considering polygamy, but I blame Penny Reid. Damn her and her ridiculously talented mind, the magnetic and quirky characters she creates, and her clever humor. These attributes are on full display in Grin and Beard It, and it’s all kinds of awesome.
I think the cover of EXRATED is misleading because it looks quite serious and erotic. The story is about a hot young porn star so obviously it’s got to be sexy. What the cover doesn’t convey, however, is just how freaking hilarious this book is. It’s basically a rom-com with erotic elements, so you should be prepared for foul language, dirty talking, explicit sex, and lots of tongue-in-cheek humor.
For someone who likes sports romances, oddly enough I’m not a sports enthusiast—except when it comes to the Summer Olympics. I’m a huge fan and find myself glued to the TV for three weeks every four years. R.S. Grey is a new-to-me author, but when I heard she was writing a Rom-Com that takes place during the Summer Olympic Games I was sold.
