Review ♥ The Bromance Book Club by Lyssa Kay Adams
The Bromance Book Club is a romantic comedy about a married couple on the verge of divorce. It’s warm and humorous, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I think I set myself up for disappointment with Natalie Tan’s Book of Luck and Fortune. I expected an epic Like Water for Chocolate meets The Joy Luck Club tale. What I got was a cute story, but one that failed to hold my interest.
I have been in a romantic suspense mood lately, and Say You’re Sorry is a darned good one.
Festive in Death is the 39th book in the In Death series. Admittedly, I have experienced bouts of ennui while reading the last several books, but J.D. Robb is in fine form here. She fills this book with everything that made me fall in love with the series, and it’s now one of my favorites.
For two decades, I have loved this series to death – no pun intended – but I didn’t think I’d ever finish Concealed in Death. I’d pick it up, read it for a couple chapters, put it down, then come back to it a few weeks later, and repeat. I was surprised that I wound up really enjoying it.
Fight or Flight is the first book I’ve read by Samantha Young, and based on the fact that I couldn’t put it down, I’d say I chose a good one to start with.
Color me impressed! Alexa Martin scores a touchdown in her debut novel, Intercepted, an entertaining sports romance centered around a fierce heroine.
The Kiss Quotient is Helen Hoang’s debut novel, and she slays the heck out of it. I was hoping for a nice feel-good romantic comedy, but I feel like I won the lottery. This book is complete perfection—every single sentence.
I quite enjoyed Hard Hitter, the second standalone book in the Brooklyn Bruisers series.
Once upon a time, I read every military romance I could get my hands on. After finishing several series, I moved on to other genres. Chanel Cleeton is a new-to-me author, and based on my friend Eliza’s recommendation, I decided to dip my toes back into the military romance pool with the Wild Aces series. I’m so glad I read Fly With Me because it reminded me of why I enjoy this trope so much.
Whenever I need a tried and true escape, I know I can rely on the In Death series by J.D. Robb (AKA Nora Roberts). It’s hard to believe that Thankless in Death is the 37th book in the series.
I love Sarina Bowen’s work and was super excited to learn she was releasing a new sports romance series. I had high expectations for Rookie Move. Unfortunately, this one was a bit of a letdown for me.
