This has been such an enjoyable series! Who knew that I could fall in love with such crude, mean jocks? How to Date a Douchebag: The Coaching Hours is by far the least douchey of all the books. In fact, it’s a really sweet end to the series.
Sara Ney has done it again! The Learning Hours is an unexpectedly heartwarming romantic comedy, as well as a fantastic addition to the addictive How to Date a Douchebag series.
This college romance is super sweet and angst free. It’s also a quick read. With fewer than 200 pages, it was easy to enjoy Things Liars Say in one sitting.
The Failing Hours is the second book in the How to Date a Douchebag series. While it’s not necessary to have read book one, I think you’ll have a better understanding of the characters and, therefore, enjoy it more if you do. Plus, The Studying Hours is a really great book.
I really enjoyed this college rom-com. How to Date a Douchebag: The Studying Hours is the first sports romance I’ve read about wrestlers. Personally, I’ve never been a fan of wrestling. Big sweaty guys, grabbing each other in headlocks like elementary kids in a playground fight, rolling around on mats, and pinning each other down? Meh. And those unitard thingies they wear? I don’t care how much junk they show, they just aren’t sexy to me. I guess I’m in the minority because all the girls on campus get lady boners over the wrestlers. They must have a really sucky football team or something. Who knows? So yeah. The wrestlers are a big deal at this college and, apparently, the majority of them are big douche canoes.
When it comes to college sports romances, you don’t get much better than Elle Kennedy’s Off-Campus series. I’ve enjoyed all three previous books, and The Goal is a winning addition to the series. This is Tucker and Sabrina’s story.
Where is that sixth star when you need it? I knew full well going in that Bright Side would be a tear-jerker and might break my heart, but you know what? I don’t regret a single page. Above all, this is a stirring, feel-good story, and I was surprised by how much I laughed and smiled throughout.
This is such a sweet story. It’s a different type of sports romance where the sport of hockey is integral to the plot, and yet not a single game is played.

Dear Penny Reid, We need to have a “Come to Jesus” talk. Don’t EVER make me fall in love with characters, get me fully engaged in their story, and then end a book abruptly—with a freaking cliffhanger no less—WHEN MY KINDLE SAYS I’M ONLY 85% INTO THE BOOK!! (Yes, shouty capitals and exclamation points are necessary.)

I’m not sure how Penny Reid did it, but she maintained the momentum in part two of the Elements of Chemistry series. In fact, she grabbed my attention from the first chapter, blew my mind, and I wound up loving it every bit as much as part one, Attraction.
