Welcome to Top Ten Tuesday, a weekly feature hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s topic is Books I Wish Had An Epilogue. This was a difficult topic for me because the majority of the books I’ve read have epilogues, with the exception of mysteries and thrillers. I had to dig deep in my library to find a handful of books that don’t have an epilogue, so I’m amending this post to include books I wish had a lengthier epilogue.
1. The Redhead Plays Her Hand by Alice Clayton
2. Daisy Jones & the Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid
3. Perfect by Judith McNaught
4. Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
5. Elements of Chemistry by Penny Reid
6. Sustained by Emma Chase
7. Left Drowning by Jessica Park
8. Dawn of Forever by Jewel E. Ann
9. Before We Were Strangers by Renee Carlino
10. When I Fall by J. Daniels
Great list! Yes, I’d love to get a Daisy Jones follow-up!
I like this topic! I didn’t used to care muchnabout epilogues, but now I am often disappointed when romance books don’t contain them. I wish Before I Saw You by Emily Houghton had an epilogue.
Same. I’m completely spoiled now and always expect an epilogue. LOL
Yes for #2!!!
At least Park wrote a second book that gives us more of everyone from Left Drowning.
I completely forgot there was a second book!! I haven’t read it.
You need to!
