Welcome to Top Ten Tuesday, a weekly feature hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. I missed this topic from a couple weeks ago, so today I’m focusing on One-Word Reviews for the Last Ten Books I Read. Sometimes I wish I could reduce a review down to just one word, but it’s actually harder than I thought it would be.
- Book Lovers by Emily Henry
- Hook, Line, and Sinker by Tessa Bailey
- With Love, From the Inside by Angela Pisel
- Ten Trends to Seduce Your Bestfriend by Penny Reid
- Say You Want Me by Corinne Michaels
- Boyfriend Material by Alexis Hall
- A Shadow in the Ember by Jennifer L. Armentrout
- Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez
- Royally Remembered by Emma Chase
- The Difference Between Someday and Forever by Aly Martinez
I like these one word reviews! I just finished Book Lovers and agree that Heartwarming is a great one word review!
Bittersweet is perfect for Royally Remembered. That’s exactly how I would describe it.
Nice job! Boiling a review down to one word is really tough. For whatever reason, the less-than-positive ones are the most helpful — I wouldn’t want to read a book someone describes as depressing or confusing or even just “fine”!
I really like the one word reviews.
